The Salon, located in Mt. Pleasant’s historic water building, opened in 2004 followed by our Academy in 2014. The brick walls and high, industrial ceilings add beauty and character to our building while the scenic views of nearby parks are sure to capture your attention.
We proudly carry our very own, salon-developed product line which includes shampoo, conditioner, and an all-in-one fortifying spray. Formulated with only the finest ingredients, our “Water Works” products are free of sulfates and feature mild detergents, essential oils, and long-lasting scents. We also offer the prestigious Bumble and bumble, Jan Marini, and Eminence Organics brands.
Considered a green salon, we pride ourselves in recycling to reduce our carbon footprint. As an incentive for others to become more environmentally friendly, we offer a reduced price on any of our “Water Works” products when you bring your empty bottle back for us to recycle. Also, a portion of every “Water Works” product purchased goes to the 4oceans organization who dedicate themselves to keeping our waterways clear of trash and pollution all over the world.
We strive to exceed the expectations of our guests, therefore, if you are not satisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 14 days. Our stylists stand behind their work, and are committed to making any needed corrections or adjustments.
Due to appointment demand, all no-shows will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service total. Cancellations made with less than 24-hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. As a courtesy, please call if you are unable to make your appointment; we will be happy to reschedule it for you. Our stylists’ rely on their appointments to earn a living and if you fail to show up or short-notice cancel, it drastically affects their income. We work hard to meet the demand for our services and, in turn, ask that our time be respected as well.
Lightly used retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a 50% salon credit to be used towards the purchase of a different product.
